Pregnancy, birth and post-partum are natural, normal parts of life for which women - and their partners - are well equipped by nature. Mother Nature, however, never promised any of those life events would be easy or simple. Birth and postpartum are dynamic life events in which the only constant is change.

Whether you're having your first baby or your fourth (or more), the emotional, practical and educational support of a professional doula can help make your birth and post-partum rewarding and fulfilling experiences. I work with moms and partners to explore their wishes, hopes and desires for birth and/or the first six weeks at home with their new baby.

Trinity Doula Care offers labour support for hospital and home births and postpartum support in west, downtown and central Toronto.
